Takumi Inui/ Kamen Rider Faiz/ Wolf Orphnoch: The fifth on-screen user, he only used it once to save Mihara from getting killed by an Orphnoch. While he initially didn't want to fight at first, he was motivated by Kusaka to fight in order to defend himself against the Orphnochs. Syuji Mihara: Another Ryusei School member who became the fourth on-screen and eventually the primary user of the Delta Gear. Masato Kusaka/ Kamen Rider Kaixa: The third on-screen user, he only used it once to fight against a pair of Orphnochs when they defeated him as Kaixa. Kitazaki used the Delta Gear for a while but eventually grew bored of it and gave it away. He was the second on-screen user and arguably its most powerful/skilled user. Kitazaki/ Dragon Orphnoch: The most powerful member of Lucky Clover, an elite squad of Orphnochs, as the Dragon Orphnoch. She tried to pass it to Takumi Inui but was killed by the Spider Orphnoch before she could. Saya Kimura: A Ryusei School member who was the first on-screen user and one who received the Delta Gear in the first place, she was proficient in using it but was unable to use it long term due to it straining her physical health. Passed along the various members of the Ryusei School to fight against the Orphnochs, it ended up in Orphnoch hands for a while, at least until it eventually ended back in the hands of the Ryusei School members.
